“I entered this through the sun newspaper in the uk which was a promotion for so many games for £4.00 so I clicked on the highlighted site from the sun newspaper article and now you have taken £32.00 from my account , firstly I don’t have the funds for this to be happening , and 2nd I have no idea why you have taken this money , I’ve been on your site which doesn’t make it easy to contact anyone , but it seems by my £4.00 entry through the newspaper you have me subscribed which was never my intention,I was only entering a one off game , and for a company to automatically subscribe you ,as that’s what you must do to customers , as I never subscribed ,it’s very wrong ,and irresponsible especially if people have an issue with gambling and you automatically subscribe them, me personally I do not have the funds nor do I want to subscribe to gambling site , I thought it was a one off promotion with the sun newspaper ,and been on benefit I am even worse off now as money has gone from my bank ,when all it was supposed to be was a one off £4.00 payment But I contacted them and got a speedy reply and a refund , so can’t say fairer than that so pleased with the end result”

“I made a one off bet and appear to have been signed up to a subscription. They are taking further larger amounts from my account. It has been completely impossible to get on to the site to speak to someone and cancel. If you can't get on to the site how can you query something or cancel an unauthorised subscription? This is either a scam or extremely poor service.”

“I used this game a few times. Would receive texts saying I had a bonus but would always result in "something went wrong" went to my bank last night they have taken $444. I transfered my last money from my account to savings and bank has confirmed they have tried to take several more payments. The bank can't do anything until the merchant receivea the payment... So I'm stuck out of pocket..”
