After placing your initial bet/purchasing your initial ticket(s), you opted to subscribe to your numbers in order to place your numbers on subsequent draws. This was confirmed on your screen and also via email, and has therefore been charged accordingly. There are only 2 ways a subscription can be activated on a LottoGo account: After placing your initial bet, you are presented with a pop-up offering you a subscription to your bet/ticket(s). This pop up informs you of charges that will be due, as well as the Terms and Conditions; or After placing your initial bet, you can visit the ‘My Bets & Tickets’ area, where the option to subscribe to any of your current bets is displayed, in either Jackpots or Syndicate tabs. Once you tap to subscribe, you are presented with a pop-up that informs you of charges that will be due, as well as the Terms and Conditions. All bets are placed as a one-off initially, however, once you tap ‘Confirm Subscription’ within one of the pop-ups specified above, your subscription will be immediately activated and charged as applicable.
