“I purchased the jumbo crate of kiln-dried Ash logs. These were delivered on the day delivery was requested, on time well wrapped to protect them from the very heavy rain. This is the second time I have used Logs Online and would recommend their products and service.”

“Delivery date changed from what was originally agreed so I eventually took delivery 4 days later. Also not good value for money as the volume delivered was less than expected making this very expensive. In terms of cost would not order again”

“Bit of a rigmarole to get my order processed then got calls from freight folks and then from delivery man having to do call backs and voice mails for a product which surged enormously in price since my first order in 2020 at 400 E now about 700e with a belated but welcome discount in the form of s credit note The Fergal Murtagh piece was very polite which is appreciated at this end. “I left my latest order somewhat late and when we were advised there was a delay in restocking I thought I might run out over Christmas. I needn't have worried. The team promised they would try to ensure the regular courier would deliver my revised order on the Friday before Christmas (2 days later). As a backup, they also arranged a small quantity of logs to be delivered via DPD on the same day, just in case. Both deliveries took place and a chilly Christmas averted. Great to feel valued as a customer and to find people who genuinely care.”

“I placed an order for a pallet of grit from Log Online and quickly received a confirmation email. 2 days before the expected delivery date I hadn't received an update so contacted Log Online for an update and quickly received a response from Customer Service that the order would be delivered on time as expected. On the day of delivery, I was contacted by the pallet delivery company and everything went very smoothly. Overall, very happy with Log Online and will definitely use them again.”

“You as a company great good service. When it goes to DHL to deliver it has been a nightmare. 2 weeks later and am still waiting. Logs on line pls change delivery company. I wouldn't order from you if I have this hassle. I am a pensioner and only have my log burner downstairs.”

“I have not had logs from anywhere else for a few years now so that shows I am happy with LogsOnline. The website is very clear, so it is easy to order. I love that you can choose your delivery date and this always works well. Size is good and quality of logs is excellent. The price has risen this time but I think that is the same everywhere.”
