“This was my first order from Logsonline and very happy with the size and quality of the logs in the crate. The driver was happy to put the crate exactly where I wanted. Will order again when required and hope the same standard is shown. Just a slight confusion with regards to the delivery day,(my mistake), but one phone call later, it was sorted. Thanks again Jon”

“Logs were ordered 1st Feb delivery was requested for 15th Feb which was my day off (emergency services worker) they never turnt up and I heard nothing - apoarently they tried to deliver them on the 16th but I was at work. So now I can only hope they turn up on my next precious days off. Never used before and doubt I will ever use again.”

“Have only just started the crate so can't say on the burn quality. However delivery was made on the requsted day and driver very helpful. On the negative side, the crate was not 100% full, one more tier of logs would have fitted but that might have been settlement in transit. Logs look good quality.”

“I like most people have been using my log burner a lot more due to lockdown and also the colder weather we have recently been having, I therefore needed an additional supply of good quality kiln dried logs. This was my first visit to Logs Online and can recommend them fully for their quality Kiln Dried Logs, I was promptly delivered a Classic Crate of Ash Logs and they were excellent sizes for my Jotul Stove and have been keeping my home just like the Caribbean, just the way I like it!!😎😂”
