“I have had logs delivered from you several times before ( X 3 500kg Crates) and was very satisfied but this time I was very disappointed as least 50% were not ready to burn and 10 days later still not ready to burn alot of moisture in them!! Will be reluctant to buy more!!”

“Very prompt until they made a mistake and delivered the wrong item. They offered a price reduction to keep or a refund. I opted for the refund and am still waiting 1 month later. I’ve emailed Amy 3 times and no response. I know they’ve received the email as I’ve had automated ‘thank you for getting in touch, we’ll respond soon’ email. Either poor customer service or they’re in financial difficulties….. either way buy from someone else.”
