“If I was you I’d ring them first before ordering as they tend to sell wood that they don’t have in stock and then offer you something completely different.”

“Great delivery service being able to choose delivery day. 2nd time ordering from here, was surprised at price increase, but like everything else an increase in cost isn’t a surprise. Wood burns really well so definitely recommend them.”

“First time using Logsonline. Ordered 4 bags and on the day of arrival received a letter saying the product was out of stock. Received an email offering 2 different options and was delivered the next day by a super helpful person - they had an issue and resolved it very, very well. Would be 5 stars other than the issue was raised on the day it was supposed to be delivered, should have been sooner. I will recommend and use them again purely for customer service. Smelly stuff always happens and it is how it is resolved that is important.”
