“Ordered 250 kg bags of kiln dried logs. I wasn't in to take in the delivery but left instructions for the driver if he could put them behind side gate. I arrived home to the pallet of well packed logs behind side gates as instructed. Thank you will be ordering again soon.”

“Usually this company provide an amazing service. But with my last delivery they used DPD to deliver. Unfortunately all the bags of logs were put into boxes, which by the time I got them were busted open. Making bring them in difficult. I also had 6 large cardboard boxes to get rid of. Also although I chose a day for delivery, DPD failed to deliver on that day and I had to make arrangements to be at home the whole of the following day to ensure I received it. When placing a +£100 order I would expect the service to be better. I will say that the instant chat function is very useful and there is always someone there to help.”

Laura, we are sorry about this. We normally ship orders of this size on the pallet network, but during this period the level of service was rather poor on the network with long delays so we decided the best option at the time was to use DPD. The pallet network is running much better again so any future orders will be shipped on it. Thanks for taking the time to let us know.
