“I ordered online as my previous supplier couldn't deliver until late Junuary. These guys delivered quickly and the logs are perfectly seasoned for our woodburner.”

“Deliver kiln dried wood in cardboard boxes which is great. Would be even better if delivery was free over £50 rather than £99. Kindling also in nets with no option of boxes which is a shame and means I’ll go elsewhere next time”

“Easy to order and quick delivery. The option of order a larger number of smaller bags (rather than a bulk load) is really helpful of you have no drive or area off street. They bags came on a pallet which fit on my path. We were the able to easily carry the bags through to house into the back.”

“The delivery truck was too big, it only had my order. The Courier had difficulty unloading it. There was no plastic covering with the order as my friend had got, which is useful if bags are outside. I was disappointed overall.”

Disappointed to receive an email the day before expected delivery regarding supply chain issues, and possible three week delay. Understand current difficulties, but would have been helpful if website had been up-dated earlier, to reflect this. Still awaiting confirmation of delivery date!”
