“Love this company and it’s great customer service!! I put in an order, noticed it was scheduled for delivery in 5 days, I simply asked Mister Kevin ( live chat) if it were possible to receive delivery the following day!! Mister Kevin delivered!! I’m Highly recommending this Great company!! I’m pleased my 3 boxes of Kiln Dried Birch wood is high quality and burns superbly- this was my 4th purchase in the last 12 months!!”

“Brilliant service even though I had a arranged a day for it to arrive . It arrived early day before. Fortunately the courier was great and put as far into the drive as he possibly could . Logs are mixture of sizes but fantastic quality kiln dried burns fantastic leaving minimal Ash. Definitely reorder again looking out for discounts”

“I asked for delivery to be 28th September but the logs turned up 28th August! Not good as I didnt have anywhere to put them. I called up to complaint and a lady said she would get someone to call me back, No one did!! In the end I had to put them all in my garage just to keep them dry. Not happy!!!!!!”

“No problem with LogsOnline, not started burning the wood jet but looks ok. Delivery was an absolute pain. Tracking app showed "with local delivery depot" for a week with now idea when it would arrive. Finally arrived without notice. Fortunately we were in to sort and pack the wood. I will give LogsOnline one more chance, probably for next year as I have enough for a normal winter.”

“I've used a couple of other log dealers but find logs on line are by far the better. The only thing I didn't like with this company is that on the day of delivery, I never get any information to when the delivery will take place or even a confirmation that it will be going ahead as scheduled. I have had to ring the company to get the information and even then they are not sure. I rang someone on the day of my delivery and spoke to someone who said that my delivery was attempted on the day but I wasn't at home!!!! I was in and I asked them to check if they had tried to deliver it at my address or somewhere else, as I have a ring door bell and no one had been. I had a message from Bukoba at 11.47 to say that they are still waiting from the delivery company and apologised for the delay. Mean while at 13.34pm the delivery driver arrived to drop off my wood. He was a very lovely helpful guy. An asset to his organisation. i have knocked one star off the rating due to the lack of communication but will order from them again. So logsonline please communicate with your customers. Very important!!!!”
