“This company have been great from equity through to delivery to my door. First time I have used them. I left my number for a call back, they called me back the same day, I had a few questions about types of logs, for our indoor fires and outdoor pizza oven, I bought heat logs, kiln dried birch and kindling wood. “The delivery was fine and the quality of the logs was very good. Unfortunately the kindling bags contained less than any we have had in the past and the crate was very loosely packed. In fact it wasn't "packed" and logs were falling out before the cardboard upper section was removed. Very disappointing and we shall be looking elsewhere for our next batch of fire wood in December.”

“Terrible service from your shipment company. Unable to deliver on requested date - failed to deliver on the change of delivery date - asked to deliver as early as possible on the actual delivery date - failed to deliver during their first time period - when they finally arrived at midday the logs were at the very back of the lorry along with one other parcel - they obviously had no intention to arrive early as possible!!!!”

Christopher, thanks for taking time to give us feedback, there is currently a poor level of performance on the pallet network as they battle the driver shortage issue. We are as frustrated as you are but we see it happening more and more in recent weeks. We will happily use another delivery partner in future if you want to try us again, just let us know. We have seen depots removed from the network as they just cant cope. We do highlight the current situation in our delivery information page. https://logsonline.co.uk/delivery-information

“Logsonline were actually ok, the problem I have is with palletways, the transportation company they use. My logs arrived late and on top of that I had a whole corner of the bottom of the pallet empty of logs, they either fell out or someone helped themselves to a reasonable amount of my firewood. I’m gonna put the missing logs down to the transport company and would use logsonline again only if the change the transportation company.”
