“Really poor quality. I'd estimate 50-60% were what I would call actual logs, the rest of the delivery was bits of bark, very tiny bits of wood, just a bit bigger than kindling size. The burning time is not good either, they burn much more quickly than other kiln dried oak logs have purchased. Overall dissapointed for the price and would not buy again.”

“Delivered a day earlier than stated on website but driver was great and delivered the pallet straight into garage. The wood was well wrapped and crate full. The wood burns well in my open fire. Ash is a bit more expensive but worth it. Will order again.”

“The logs seem excellent but the driver insisted he couldn't bring the crate up our drive so I had a two hour job moving them to somewhere that wasn't road side. An oil tanker and moving lorry's have made it on to our drive without complaint.”

“Great product but don’t expect delivery on time. Second year running delays of over a week, terrible comms and need to call up and chase. Change your delivery provider, they are letting you down. When the delivery did arrive the lone driver couldn’t get the pallet off his van himself and needed my help to take the weight of the pallet. Just as well I am fit and healthy.”

“Haven't used the logs yet, but they look fine...my only complaint is that they turned up 3 days too soon!! Fortunately we were home and were able to unload the logs before it rained, but I had chosen a particular delivery date for a reason..!!”

“The order arrived in good time. It was great I was able to choose my delivery date. Birch logs were a great choice, clean and efficient, toasty and hot. I would definitely order again. I would have scored 5, but the only downside the was DHL delivery. He was rude and unhelpful. By the time I got to the door he had placed one box and gone back for the second. He placed the second box across the door step lintel and I was able to slide it into the house. When I asked if he could help me lift the first one across the door step, he said no, why can't you do it. As a female and an OAP, I shocked at his attitude.”
