“Awful. I paid £15 for a specific day delivery, which they failed to do. They then agreed via email with me an alternative day, and failed to do that to, by delivering on another date and leaving it blocking my drive whilst I was away, out in the rain. They also choose not to reply to an email I sent - even when I told them I’d received a consignment notification telling me of the delivery on the wrong date (when I was away) asking for them with 24+ hours notice to resolve. They also then choose not to reply to my email asking them how they can help rectify the situation and are now ignoring me and the errors they’ve made. In short, they use a third party delivery company and they have no control over delivery. They also don’t appear to value the customer at all - silence being their answer to a problem. I’d recommend not using them.”

Chris sorry it would seem your email. We refunded you the £15 as you didn't get them on the date requested. We are sorry that our carrier didn't deliver on the instructed date you give. The logs were not left blocking your drive but to the left of your car next to all the footballs.

“After a box arrived, opened and half empty I contacted customer service with photos. They asked me to weigh a 30kg box of fire wood, and since I didn’t have a commercial scale at home (surprise surprise), I told them that would not be possible. They contacted me after a week or so and actually sent me a full box to compensate fir the half empty one. Although it took a while and a negative review to get there, they have listened and solved the problem. This was the first time I had any problems with delivery and I am pleased that we were able to come to a resolution even if it took some time”
