“Have bought from logs online a few times now and normally the standard is good. This time however, the standard was poor. The logs didn’t burn well and I am not convinced where the ash ones that we bought. We where contacted the day before the delivery was meant to happen and informed the logs we wanted where not on stock. This is ok as sometimes happens. The problem is the standard of the logs that where send as a replacement. They cost the same and the quality was poor A real shame from a place we normally receive good produce.”

“I want to write to thank you for my recent delivery of hardwood logs. The delivery arrived on time with the haulier providing regular updates on the likely delivery time. The logs are of excellent quality being dry and clean and they last a long time when burning. The logs came in easy to handle mesh bags making transporting them to the log store very easy. I will definitely place an order again.”

“My order did not arrive as quickly as expected, but I am still giving this company a 5 star rating, because of the level of service I received, and the quality of the logs. When I called to make sure that my logs would arrive before Christmas, the lady I spoke to said that someone would call me back soon with news. Rather to my surprise, someone did soon call, and explained that some drivers had phoned in sick due to Covid symptoms, and that my order should be with me the next day. On the expected day I called again for confirmation, and once more someone responded quickly, with an email that my logs would definitely be with me the next day. The transport company sent me tracking details, verifying that the logs were out for delivery that day, and later amended this with an approximate hour of delivery. They arrived, well wrapped, and the driver was very helpful. The logs are tightly packed in their crate, one is not paying for too much air. The range of thicknesses of the logs is good; not too big and not too small. They are all the same length, and most importantly, they are dry and burn very well. The price is not cheap, but the product is of good quality, and the company does seem to care about their customers; so on balance it is worth the cost, I would say. Many thanks; Mark”

“I didn’t realise that the logs I ordered came from the EU. I ordered a huge bag of logs. They couldn’t be delivered on time because of problems at the borders. So I was offered a delivery of logs in nets, which were so much easier to carry through the house into the garden. I was very pleased! We still have got the logs in time for Christmas! Would order again and definitely recommend them. They really care to provide a good service.”
