“Well wrapped mega crate, delivered well. Had to chase up the order as not heard anything for two weeks since ordering and over a week had passed since suggested delivery date. However I knew it wasn’t going to be a quick delivery so no drama. So only feedback would be to be proactive on the actual delivery date once the suggested date has passed. Thank you. I’ll be ordering again next year, hopefully the 1000kg of oak will last ha ha.”

“I had a query about the physical size of a 250kg bag of logs and was able to speak to someone who was very helpful. Oak logs delivered within a few days. We have had various consignments over the last few years - I think these are better value and kiln-dried ash, are excellent burning.
