“Ordering only was quick and simple. As we weren't sure at first, a quick phone call to your sales department provided a friendly and helpful explanation on how to place the order online. She even made a point of indicating any delivery notes needed to be added to the order for the courier. Our only concern was the courier used did not follow our delivery instructions, claiming he didn't notice them. This created a bit aggravation on our end since the person meant to accept the delivery wasn't available nor did we have a telehandler on site.”
