“Wont be using it again as the delivery driver left the pallet behind when asked o take - he said he does not need it ! when I complained I had a email saying he may not have the space ( he had the space to bring but not to take ?”

Thank you for your 5 star review. I'm sorry that you were not able to convince the courier to take away the empty pallet your goods were delivered on. As my colleague advised you, the courier company/driver is not Landowner, so therefore it is at the discretion of the courier not Landowner whether they take the pallet away with them. “I order 2 x 220 litres of De-Ionised water and had 2 x 220 litres of Ad-Blue delivered called up to refuse the delivery, it was all sorted quickly and without fuss. The De-ionised water arrived as promised. Good communication, just a shame that the 1st order the wrong product was sent.”
