“Products and service fine. However, I would suggest a little addition to promotional message of spend 20 pounds to get free delivery. I did not get free delivery so sent a message and was told this amount is excluding VAT paid on goods. Please add this extra info on the website.”

“The raisins look of good quality and are a lovely colour for my wine making but time will tell. They have been well packaged too. A couple of minor issues though. Firstly the order to delivery time was longer than expected so factor that into any purchases you make. Secondly I completely missed the fact that these raisins are coated in oil (my fault entirely) which is disappointing as I expected the unadulterated raisin product. Not sure why the oil coating is deemed necessary from “JustIngredients” but there we go. I will now have to perform various washing techniques to remove the oil to get back to where I want to be. Again all my fault for not reading the product details carefully enough.”
