The products are good the aftersales is not very good and having no phone number - nightmare

Quick delivery but unfortunately the ground cinnamon has very little aroma and flavour. Won’t be buying it again. I did order some cinnamon sticks and ground cardamom as part of the same order which I am yet to try.

Unfortunately, EVRI did not deliver this, and have sent my purchase back to Just Ingredients. I don't know why. Please could you send it to me again?

I was disappointed that the two large packets of fenugreek leaves and Chat Masala spice (the smallest you had) were Best Before August this year! That's 3 weeks away so they can't be very fresh.

I ordered tamarind concentrate, which is good is but the coriander leaves are distasteful. I'm really disappointed as the smell and the flavour is not good, I don't know which herb you put in but I'm totally sure is not coriander. I want to throw it in the bin. Waste of money.

I placed an order for Angelica root on May 13 and paid extra money for next day delivery, however, the delivery did not take place until May 16 afternoon. So the shipment could not be picked up by the person who brought it to me from London to Chile and it was left there until I travel again, perhaps until next year. I think it is important to have confidence in the delivery dates when placing an order and in this case they have failed completely. I can not comment on what I had bought because it simply did not arrive at the final destination.

Product quality is fine but the absolute lack of any customer service, no one replying to our emails bring the purchasing experience to - poor. We would be happy to give you a better score if you would in fact reply to our messages and queries. We have been ordering with Just Ingredients for years, and customer service is inexistent now.

Quite fast delivery but expensive product prices. Up to 30% more expensive and generally only as cheap as the competition in fact, when products are short-dated. Also don't like the disclaimer, that products "MAY" be short-dated, when they're reduced. In my experience, there's NO MAYBE about it.

Received our order in good time but upon opening the package an item was missing and not showing on the dispatch sheet. I informed Just Ingredients immediately assuming the item was simply out of stock and we would be refunded. Received an email apologising and was told the missing item would be sent straight out. It's now nearly two weeks later and we have not received the item or a refund. So we have had to buy the item elsewhere and are out of pocket. We have used Just Ingredients for 7+ years but sadly this will be our last order with them.

Most of order fine but butter beans arrived with a use by date of 11/22. I did send e mail to sellers but didn’t receive a reply.

11 days after ordering, the package still hasn't been delivered. Tracking shows it still sitting in a Hermes/evri warehouse somewhere. I have no idea whether the product is good quality or not because the shipping company is useless.
