I made my order in November..I still have NOT received it. I have accepted it will not come now..the offer was too good to be true. But now also there is NO REFUND from this company.. So JustIngredients just takes your money but does not deliver the goods. I will not buy from this company again but I would still like to be refunded. Next review will be on Trustpilot.

I have been waiting for a long time to the smaller packs and have been told for approximately a month; it will be available in 10 days as I did not see it I just bought the larger 1kg bag I do not need.

On my first order of 3 bulk quantity products, two of them had very short 'best-before' dates, one being only 2 months. This was NOT shown or advised at the time of purchase. After emailing a complaint, I received no response. Poor product, poor customer service. Won't be using this company again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the product I received the herbs I ordered arrived with blue plastic pellets and white and blue fibres in the herbs.trying to contact the company was terrible as it took days for a response and an explanation. Will not be using the service again.

I have still not received my order #30147242 from 2 weeks ago, Evri are the worst courier company, i have dealt with them in the past i truelly recommend you change courier, also i have not received a call from yourselves as mentioned on your email. Thank you House of biscotti

Hi bought citric acid and go baking soda one of my staff wasn’t paying attention to the packaging as the citric acid and baking soda has similar packaging . My entire batch of drink has to be thrown away . Please pay attention Michael sawyers Koolvibes trading ltd .

Dont buy… less than half the price for cardamom at Ocado. Customer service most unhelpful. 100g at Ocado £9.50 whilst buying direct from the company costed me over £20!!! Avoid this company.

Order some herbs from this company and they set me the ingredients with a best-before date of 1 month later. I have tried contacting the company and they keep stating they will get back to me but no one ever did. I feel like I was sent old stock and now they are not responding. I am not sure how I was expected to use 100g of herbs in one month.

The hops powder seems to be OK, but the pack of yeast doesn't work at all. I've tried several times to get it to work, keeping a careful eye on the temperature, but nothing. (I tested some different yeast in the same way, and that was fine.) I suspect it's been damaged by being transported overseas (from Estonia), as it probably went under X-rays. The yeast package was also slightly open when it arrived, but I don't know if this damaged it. This wouldn't be such a bad thing if it had been cheap, but it wasn't.
