“Product quality is fine but the absolute lack of any customer service, no one replying to our emails bring the purchasing experience to - poor. We would be happy to give you a better score if you would in fact reply to our messages and queries. We have been ordering with Just Ingredients for years, and customer service is inexistent now.”

“Really good quality ingredients and in decently large pack sizes - and lots of options in pack sizes. And I love dealing with real people - I left something off an order yesterday, sent an email and they added it for me first thing this morning. Can't get better service than that short of going into a shop!”

“Absolutely love the curry spice blends along with the Moroccan spices. Making a curry has never been so easy. Rather than following regular recipes which state a teaspoon of this and that, Just Ingredients has it all prepared and ready to add in a matter of seconds. I bulk cook curries and freeze them and once a week it's curry night. My partner says they are even better than takeaways and I have to agree. My first attempt at making a curry from scratch was with a Jamie Oliver recipe....as much as I love his cooking, the curry was a disaster and tasted of vinegar. I was put off making one for years until a friend recommended this company. It may sound like a cliche, but these spice mixes changed my life. The flavours are there throughout the whole meal. Absolutely wonderful and I'd highly recommend to anyone....in fact I quite often suggest to the customers in the supermarket I work in that they try these products.”

“Hi bought citric acid and go baking soda one of my staff wasn’t paying attention to the packaging as the citric acid and baking soda has similar packaging . My entire batch of drink has to be thrown away . Please pay attention Michael sawyers Koolvibes trading ltd .”
