“Expensive - and the last thing I ordered, Red Jalapeno Flakes, had just 4 months shelf-life on them which for our business which is blending and packing is no use at all. If they'd told me I wouldn't have ordered. I've emailed Just Ingredients saying I don't think this is great but no-one has replied. I only use JI if I absolutely can't get say 500g or 1kg of an ingredient anywhere else. And they use Evri for delivery which is a variable experience. Quality is ok but short dates are off-putting.”
