“I have been trying to contact you regarding my order on 18th April. It’s now 3rd May. Please check your emails and voice messages. I’ll be happy to review your company again when I actually get correspondence from you.”

Hello, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear this. The business is now owned by a new company from 2025, customers awaiting refunds have been refunded or they are being dealt with and all issues have now been fully resolved going forwards. We appreciate this won't offer much comfort to those affected but we as a new Company will be positively moving forwards and have put strategies and procedures in place to ensure there is no future repeat of these issues. “I would have given 5 stars, because the flowers were very good and came very quickly, but when the package arrived it was obvious that it would have cost the same to post one as it would a dozen. Sadly, though, as I increased the quantity I wanted to buy, up went the P&P. I know this charge covers the labour involved in selecting the flowers but it seemed rather excessive.”

Unfortunately, as a small business, we have to use couriers that charge by weight and with adding extra items we do have to charge a little bit more. I have had these before and they last for years with little colour change. They look very realistic until very close up.”
