“Have always had fresh hanging baskets but to be very honest Just Artificial look every bit as realistic without the hassle of watering, dead heading etc. So I am now sold on Just Artificial and the number of people who compliment you on your lovely hanging baskets and the work you have put into them raises many a smile.”

“We were sent the wrong hanging baskets and were, obviously, very disappointed. I emailed Just Artificial and had a very swift response from someone called Vincent, who contacted the warehouse and found out that a mistake had been made. He was extremely helpful and got things moving straight away. Three more hanging baskets arrived this week and we are very pleased with them. The colours and the composition were like the pictures on the web site. This is our second order from Just Artificial and we were very pleased with our first order, too. Friends recommended Just Artificial to us and I would certainly recommend them to anyone else..”

Having rung Just Artificial on numerous occasions, I left three ansaphone messages and have sent one email asking what has happened to my parcel. So far no one from Just Artificial has contacted me. Hi, sorry to see you have left us a poor review, we shipped your order 8 days ago with Hermes and as we advised their tracking is not showing up even though they collected it. We did emai you back the below email over 24 hours before you left this review, so we did reply to your email you must not have seen it/gone to spam. "Hello, I am sorry to hear this. I too have just traced it an it says the same, yet it was collected around a week ago. I have contacted Hermes about this. Please can you let us know the date you need this parcel for so we can let Hermes know the urgency? Thank you," We are still awaiting a response from Hermes, but we could have shipped you out another order express delivery if you had responded to say if it would be in time still for you.
