“Paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the items, having done a follow up I was told the delivery company didn’t turn up... This should have been communicated to me at the very least - I shouldn’t have had to do a follow up, no postage refund was offered. I do feel like I should be reimbursed for postage as didn’t receive it on the next day like I paid for.”
