“The flowers were ok but squashed, I'd change your courier , the box was a right mess, damp and bent .”

Good afternoon, thank you for your review. We are grateful for your honest feedback, I'm sorry that the box arrived like that. We'll take this into consideration going forwards. We use Royal Mail for standard delivery too but unfortunately, a lot of the time, the parcel is too large for them to take.

“Item delivered was not the same colour as pictured on their website, it clearly shows pink and red geraniums in the hanging basket but mine that arrived are all red flowers. Very disappointed with my purchase I will not order from this company again. Beware if you order the cone hanging basket. UPDATE I Have now reviewed my review given and upgraded it to a 5* review due to the fact that Dylan from customer care at Just Artificial couldn’t of been more helpful, he sent me out pink geraniums for me to put in my hanging basket they arrived today very promptly, it’s all about the customer service and how they deal with the problem, 10/10 for me thank you Dylan one happy customer.”

“Unable to provide the plant I wanted despite it saying it was in stock on the website. Although I was offered alternatives none were right and so I requested my order be cancelled. I was advised that the refund may take 14 working days. I thought this was a long time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 14 working days passed and with no sign of the refund or communication from Just Artificial, I chased up and was told it would be done in a couple of days...one week later still no refund. It's now over a month since my order was cancelled and they don't seem to be any closer to refunding me the money.”

The business is now owned by a new company from 2025, customers awaiting refunds have been refunded or they are being dealt with and all issues have now been fully resolved going forwards. We appreciate this won't offer much comfort to those affected but we as a new Company will be positively moving forwards and have put strategies and procedures in place to ensure there is no future repeat of these issues. I ordered a fortnight in advance of the date I needed the items for - I chased up my order after a week because I hadn't heard anything and it turned out one item was out of stock, so I chose a different item and it was then dispatched that same day, arriving one day before I needed it.”
