“The training was adequate with the pictures, videos and discussions. (Electrical Safety training) However, if possible, I will suggest you add more materials and discussion on various ways to prevent electric shocks. The resistance capacity of light plastic gloves and approved gloves to be used by workers working where there is likely hood of 50V alternate current. And the precaution to be taken, If there is more than one person in a car (Children or vulnerable person) that had collision with high tension?”

“It works ok for the experienced staff but for someone who is new to workshops it requires more content and further explanation of the hazards. (More examples of what can go wrong!) Whilst I agree much of it is common sense, if you don't know, you don't know. A training course cannot be any more complacent than the operative who needs it. Therefore I would suggest at least 2 if not 3 levels of course. Beginner, intermediate and experienced. In a worse case scenario, intermediate and experienced could be combined. It would also be useful to have a printable version of the different warning/hazard signs as a point of reference. (It would be easy for a beginner to forget or confuse them).”

“iHasco - Excellent presentation of the EDI training. Pace and diction was very good. I did not feel that the summary at the end of each section necessarily reflected all of the preceding content for that section. Personally, I found there was a lot of verbal content to absorb and perhaps a slight reduction in the volume of narrative, ensuring the summary notes fully reflect the preceding related content would be helpful.”

“Hi, Today I have done my test and achieved 87% Mark's in first attempt. It was very easy and interesting test. The first 10 questions were so easy but the last 5 were little bit complicated. It will make you confused. I think if you add more videos in to it, it will help because too much reading and listening people forget and dont pay attention, that what was that about. Any topic with any helpful example video's will helps. Over all it was really good explained about conflict resolution.”

“Polished, well presented and engaging training that delivers learning in an effective way. The length and pace of the session is excellently judged, there's good diverse representation within the videos and the newly acquired knowledge is tested throughout. It would be nice to have more interactive elements during the training but that is the only improvement that l would suggest.”

“The course was good but perhaps over and above the work I have done as a volunteer for VA in Northern Ireland. I think the question I got wrong was about organisational structures in GB which have no relevance in Northern Ireland. However, that said, the training was very comprehensive and useful for working with adults. Many thanks.”
