“GDPR & Cyber Security videos were well presented and easy to follow information provided before the test. Both presentations took me longer than estimated time of 35 mins, I took 1 hour to complete each. Both courses go hand in hand making you aware of the importance of using, storing and giving out information. The principles, rights and obligations both in the workplace and personally. I found both courses well presentation and very informative. Excellent training course.”

“Overall I found the course useful esp. as a reminder. However, as a colleague of mine has implied, if an employer really takes this issue seriously a more tailored approach is required to take account of quite different working environments. No criticism of the trainer but, being a natural cynic, I think this Is probably a relatively cheap way for an employer to simply tick a box and avoid facing up to its responsibility.”

“I have done lots of work based assessments and as an exercise professional also help people with bad postures/ backs caused by their jobs. The course was clear and concise...though had to have a few desk breaks throughout! :)”

“The training and tips given are useful however of course the stress is on the fact that there is no guarantee of safety when carrying out manual handling tasks. The LITE test does not apply to my/our situation. As Saga / Titan drivers we are unable to avoid / refuse manual handling, and we are unable to request help as our clients are generally less able than ourselves. We are required to perform the given tasks (loading and unloading luggage, often up to 30kg per item) regardless of the load or environment e.g. wet / icy outdoor conditions, steep steps to and from house to vehicle etc.”
