“I found this course really interesting - would be good to have some reading material reminders i.e different fire extinguishers etc - made me more aware of when hearing alarms etc to act on it not follow other peoples reactions and ignore regardless of what environment I'm in - I look forward to my role as Fire warden.”

“Having undertaken EDI Training today, I am now more readily equipped to challenge inappropriate behaviour in the workplace, owing to the clear distinctions provided in respect of Inclusion, Equality, Equity and Diversity. Each term was clearly defined and whilst I was familiar with the terms inclusion, equality and diversity, I had not come across equity previously and yet equity is paramount when looking to cater to people with different or specific needs i.e. treating people fairly but differently...”
