“Overall the course is good. However, a tech problem prevented the display index from opening showing where aspestos could be found/ used.”

“the answer to one of the questions is incorrect. The question regarding whos duty it is to provide welfare facilities has the answer "princaple contractor" when this duty is the clients but the prinaple contractor can be asked to provide these at the request of the client, although it remains the clients duty to ensure these are provided.”

“Two possible problems: 1. It seems that to review a section of the course results in having to go through the whole course again. I asked iHasco about this, and was surprised to find that a score and certificate was available before I thought had completed the course - hence the second possible problem. The support assistant seemed a little too rushed to assist. 2. I'm not sure the on line course I followed functions properly. I have asked iHasco to examine why my score and certificate were available before I had finished answering the questions at the end of the course.”

“The course was too long and too patronisingly basic. Also, one of the test questions at the end was wrong. It asked which of these smoke does not cause - headaches asphyxiation or burns - and expected 'burns' as the answer, but the hot gasses in smoke can cause burns.”
