“Very clear & informative information . However, one must wait for the green tick when taking the 20 Q quiz. I clicked the right answer first, didn't wait , clicked second choice and got a lower score. Also do not like my score of 85% on test completion certificate . would like the chance to retake the test, please. 😄”
