“I found the course to be easy to understand and informative. The content was basic but, did provide a suitable base of knowledge to walk forward in the working environment. I have mental health issues myself and also manage someone with mental health issues different to my own. The course provided enough information to help you decide how you need to walk forward and the self help techniques are a good solid backbone for how to cope in certain situations.”

“Good training but annoying that you have to listen to the dialogue. There is a script provided but no means to move on to the next slide until the dialogue has finished. Annoying. I find it better to read the script which I do a lot faster than the dialogue, then I have to sit and wait until the dialogue has finished.”
