“It's quite comprehensive in its approach. Beware though, some people (me included) might think it's a bit too basic but you can't fault them for effort and the style is engaging.”

“The courses were well structured and easy to work through at home or in the workplace. I liked the quiz format at the end. The only thing I would change would be the double click required to move onto the next part of each training slot. This became tiresome after a while.”

However, as a colleague of mine has implied, if an employer really takes this issue seriously a more tailored approach is required to take account of quite different working environments. No criticism of the trainer but, being a natural cynic, I think this Is probably a relatively cheap way for an employer to simply tick a box and avoid facing up to its responsibility.”
