“I have taken a few of these tests and i feel this one is more appropriate to those who work in a food business. Its clear, concise and covers off all the important aspects including a couple of areas that usually get missed such as awareness when ordering food in as well as food that we are preparing our self. Very easy to follow.”

“Very good informative course, well presented, cost-effective and relevant without extraneous information that leads some participants to switch off. My one small gripe is having accidentally clicked on my mouse as I moved across an answer I was unable to remove it in order to click the right answer. (I do know the right answers , that is my job, H&S Manager DipRSA GradIOSH MIIRSM). This example cannot be unique, it would be helpful if people did not get the wrong, or right, answers by mistake.”
