“Website was easy to log onto. Training was listed, in a clear concise way. You could pause training, then quite easily return back too it, in your own time. No time limits,so you could take your time watching and reading all the info. Was able to go back and redo a test very easily. Bo hassle not made to feel like an idiot for not doing it first time. Got a copy of certificate at the end, for.my own personal records. All thia made, what i thought would be a long drawn out boring experience. An easy and pleasant task.”

“Re: fire warden training It was clear and info was relevant The demonstration of human behaviour when alarm going off was particularly memorable Would appreciate some more 'whys' behind some of the descriptions. Clicking through every bit was a bit annoying but I can see why that might be needed if you are trying to deter skipping through”
