“The course was concise and to the point. It majored on the necessary information needed to perform the role of Fire Warden. Also, the graphics in the videos were clear and common sense. Following its instructions gives rise to managing effectively, a safe evacuation. Policies and procedures are only as good as they are adhered to. I had to go back and review a couple of videos to jog my memory but overall, the test was not complicated, an easy format to follow. Thank you.”

If food agencies, whether dealing with prepackaged food or any other type, make this course mandatory, we can create a healthier world. “It is a very good short 30 min training with transcription. also if you are reading the transcription there is a short window with video of the training in one corner which is fantastic. The only negative bit is that I couldn't give the test directly which meant I had to go through each slide which is not an issue (considering it as a refresher session). Getting the pdf certificate to print and download is excellent as evidence of completion.”
