“The videos make the assumption that we are all thoughtless ignorant racists unless educated otherwise. I found the presenters highly annoying to watch. Sacrificing my time from all the critical stuff I have to get on top of in my first few months to watch 33 separate videos that taught me absolutely nothing (really, nothing!) has been stressful and I have ended up resenting every word I'm listening to. Please make this optional for experienced staff that have seen all this stuff before and were pretty cool on all this in the first place.”

“The course was concise and to the point. It majored on the necessary information needed to perform the role of Fire Warden. Also, the graphics in the videos were clear and common sense. Following its instructions gives rise to managing effectively, a safe evacuation. Policies and procedures are only as good as they are adhered to. I had to go back and review a couple of videos to jog my memory but overall, the test was not complicated, an easy format to follow. Thank you.”

“This allergy course made me aware that not every food item is beneficial for everyone. If food agencies, whether dealing with prepackaged food or any other type, make this course mandatory, we can create a healthier world. This course should also be compulsory in schools so that people can become aware of allergens.”

“The training was adequate with the pictures, videos and discussions. (Electrical Safety training) However, if possible, I will suggest you add more materials and discussion on various ways to prevent electric shocks. The resistance capacity of light plastic gloves and approved gloves to be used by workers working where there is likely hood of 50V alternate current. And the precaution to be taken, If there is more than one person in a car (Children or vulnerable person) that had collision with high tension?”
