“Both courses where well introduced and conducted with various examples in picture format and Live Role Play which gave examples to Human Behaviour and awareness surrounding us within our daily lives in and outside the workplace. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed taking part and being involved at my preferred pace within a time that suits me.”

“E-learning has been a very useful way to ensure that our staff have received independent quality training in a wide and varied range of topics. This adds to our internal/external training programme and compliments group training sessions by allowing staff to complete topics at their own pace. I had tried unsuccessfully to get all staff to use the DVD's when they were available but never managed to quite get on top of ensuring all staff completed the training due to time pressures within work. Going over to an online system has dramatically changed this with most staff having now completed training within the last year. I have found that most of the staff have enjoyed the training in this format and have appreciated being able to complete this in their own time. The Management System is excellent and affords us the opportunity of printing certificates and reports to evidence staff training. We look forward to including further courses in the coming year.”

“I did legionella awareness - it comprised of 20 min revision of the subject followed by an exam, which you could take again straight after if you failed. The whole process was easy to follow and no stress as in other exams. I would recommend this to others.”
