“the answer to one of the questions is incorrect. The question regarding whos duty it is to provide welfare facilities has the answer "princaple contractor" when this duty is the clients but the prinaple contractor can be asked to provide these at the request of the client, although it remains the clients duty to ensure these are provided.”

“Good course. Very up to date Some small quibbles - One of the True / False answers should have been put other way around. Facilitator asked True / False but answers were in order False / True. Can be confusing! - Is there a reason / requirement why ethnicity of complainant should be included when preparing report? How do you define "ethnicity"? Can understand that would be helpful in some cases (FGM, Breast ironing) but in all cases?”

“The only issue I have is some of the answers don't actually match the information given during the session. There was one in the Data Protection session about URLs that wasn't completely accurate Overall a good experience although the validity of the certificate could be questioned as people can access the internet whilst completing the course or keep going back until they get the desired score”

“I trialled the Personal Protective Equipment Course and found it to be a good course. The system is very easy to navigate and the content is good. The only slight improvement I thought of was that, rather than taking the whole test at the end, this could be broken down into smaller groups of questions and taken during, or at the end of each section. This would make it easier to start, leave, and come back to the course. On the whole I still think it is a very worthwhile system.”
