“The resources were a little basic and there are much better versions available. Would have liked more information about PPE and RPE, what there is, how and where it should be used. The slides were clear and the language simple to understand.”

“Easy to follow as a learning vehicle, however the programme appears to be geared to Care Home Staff not personal carers at home. It is unlikely that the lifting equipment would fit into the average house. Having said this I did find the programme very useful in terms of techniques and the aids that can be use in a domestic situation. All I need to find out now is how to obtain a Transfer Board and a Sliding Sheet....!!!!”

“Very informative and easy to follow. Good that it is broken down into small bite size videos. My only concern is that questions are structured in such a way that you are mostly led to the correct answer as in some cases the 'wrong' answers are clearly obvious!”

“Electronic course has been put together clearly and is 'user friendly'. I felt it was a little drawn out but that could be because I have been through the same training a number of times (not electronically). I would maybe suggest having a re-test option for regular training BUT with the option of going back to the basic training videos for those less confident.”
