“The course was good and very informative. One suggestion is that the 11 information 'cards' on specific strains of bacteria and their symptoms, etc, - which were very interesting - could possibly be placed on the list of resources instead of appearing to form part of the training course. As it was I spent hours studying them (far more than the indicated time for the entire course) in case we'd be asked in-depth questions about them.”

“Very good and informative course from a technical point of view. The one issue I do have with this, is that there is no way of actually changing an abrasive wheel and having it checked before use, by an experienced operator. Having seen the damage these things do when coming loose in use (not because of me!), I personally think that this should not be online course...”
