“35 mins too long. do I need to know I have 2sq metres of skin covering my body, billions of nerve endings and hundreds of muscles. Is it not more important that the people carrying out the tasks are wearing appropriate PPE. Found myself dropping off whilst watching the videos. presentation reminded me of "Vision On" half expecting Tony Hart to start splashing paint about.”

“Okay. Although I found the filming boring to watch...a bit of humour would help and a long sleeve black shirt with packaging creases doesn't look that great tbh. Maybe a white, grey or black polo shirt ie Fred Perry would look a lot better, with company logo? A nicer back drop too. Some background music to the questions would be good, like Countdown for example...adds a bit of tension and excitement!”

“Am not a computer buff & this my first 'on-line' course. It was so easy to follow it quickly became (if you'll pardon the cliché) 'intuitive'. Summary pages useful in order to makes notes to assist in getting the test questions right. While not working primarily in a food preparation area the personal hygiene aspects highlighted some worrying shortcomings by my fellow & senior colleagues. Presenter spoke very clearly devoid of any irritating accent but needs to be filmed either from the waist up or be encouraged to keep his hands still.”
