“Equality and Diversity Training. It was really good. Clear and informative. I concentrated, made a few notes and passed 100%! You do have to LISTEN though, which may be a disadvantage to some users: subtitles for those with hearing difficulties (or no earphones in a public space) would be useful.”

“I had to do the course twice as the links had different content. The content the first time was different to the 2nd time. One section was the same. The 2nd time you cant skip or forward through the vids - there are too many”

It sounds like you may have completed a trial on your first attempt rather than the full course. Some of our clients enable an additional feature on the system to prevent users from skipping the videos to ensure training is completed in full.
