“The watch was all as expected. The only problem being that watchshop altered the strap at our request, but it was a fraction small so we asked our local jewellers to put a section back in. There was no pin included with the spares so not the best. Overall we were pleased with everything else and deivery time was excellent.”

“The Sekonda watch that I purchased for my wife, who wanted a larger face of a watch, looked great on your site. However, when it arrived I was disappointed to notice the face wasn't as big as I had hoped. I think you should maybe promote your watches with, not only the smaller photo, but a lady, or gents, wrist to let customers know how large the face of the watch is. It hasn't put me off your company, but it may boost your selling.”
