Have given 3 stars as unfortunately there is an issue regarding delivery of the item (Royal Mail seems to have delivered it to someone else!). Am awaiting the followup from GB Watch Shop as to the next steps and how they deal with this will determine my final rating .....

We have received 2 e-mails from you 1st one on 22nd of Jan and 2nd one on 31st Jan. Both were replied to within 12 hours. Both replies advising that we are not supplied with extra links but sekonda will supply them to you free of charge if you contact them.

The sekonda watch lovely to look at, but the bracelet needed two links to be added, But that design is no longer in production so no spares. So to me that bracelet is useless. Fortunately I can have a different one to replace it. Maybe all watches need to have a longer bracelet to start with

The promised 5 percent discount (for signing up to the newsletter) vanishes in the rush to get customers to the checkout. You need a code apparently. Similarly, the "we'll adjust the strap" promises is forgotten a customers find themselves inexorably drawn to the bit where they have to input their card number. Apart from that, delivery was quick.

Hi Thank you for your review. You are correct, the prompt does disappear once you register for the newsletter as the discount code is emailed to you. Similarly, the "we'll adjust the strap" disappears once you go to pay. This is only a note, not a link. Watch has a blue disc which has become detached from watchface ,so is now unreadable .Please advise on next step please

You sent me accurist 7415 instead of 7416. Only a cosmetic difference and I don't want to bother with returns and all that. A nice pen was sent as a gift with the watch. Thanks

Good value and delivery but they lost my request to adjust band and suggest I fix locally. Not impressed!

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received from us. As per our email, its not that we lost the request, it had gone into our junk mail. We are in the process of updating our site to advise customer to call if they have not received a response to their email to avoid this happening again.

The Seiko clock I bought is lovely but could have been damaged as it wasn't packed very well and sticking out of the parcel at one end hence the reason for 3 stars

Prompt dispatch and delivery. I e-mailed my exact wrist measurement following my order for the bracelet adjustment, however, it was adjusted much too tight. I went to my local watch repair shop who informed me the bracelet links could've been adjusted better (should've been taken from the opposite side).

Ordered on the evening of the 22nd and paid 48 hour delivery and it came a week later. Maybe due to Christmas rush and bank holidays. Otherwise watch was fine and well packaged and as advertised.

My watch arrived promptly and well packaged in time for Christmas. All as described, but the strap is very poor quality. Showing wear and tear already having only worn it for one week. Where the strap has to be flexed to feed it through the buckle it is peeling at the side, and looks like it will soon separate into layers. I would probably prefer to pay extra for a leather strap in future.

Bought this watch as a birthday present, It is a very nice watch as described, easy to see, nice dial etc, It can be seen this is a very good watch for the money. The BAD bit - the battery was flat, I think that the seller could check before sending, Amazon were very good and offered to refund the cost of the battery replacement but this should not be sent out like this
