Still awaiting my order , last update it was due to be delivered 11th December however nothing. Dispatched to the sorting office in Atherton which is absolutely nowhere near . Still time as I know royal mail will be busy

Watch didn't arrive because apparently damaged in transit and sent back, probably not GB fault but I had to buy elsewhere. Still waiting for my refund..

The plastic stopper was not on the winder, so probably won’t last long, battery life I mean. All in all not pleased , the winder stopper should have let me start the watch?

I expected the packaging to be gift ready however the box was in poor condition. I also noticed a small scratch on the bracket of the watch, also arrived without front and back seal. Not sure if this is a returned watch but I'm not happy with this purchase.

I ordered a Seiko 5 SNXS79K1 automatic watch. The communication was good, very nice. The ordering process in the website is easy. Shipment took 5 weeks from the UK to Germany, where I live. But this is most likely due to Brexit and the Covid pandemic. I was told before ordering that GB Watch Shop is VAT registered in Germany and that I therefore wouldn't have to pay VAT in Germany. This turned out to be wrong. Customs made me pay the German VAT. For a watch if this price (about 150 €) that's not a lot if money. But be aware that if you order from Germany that you will have to add 19 % VAT to the price. The watch itself is nice, but there are scratches on either the dial or the glass. There are also white dots on the dial which appear to be dust particles. When I asked for a partial refund I was offered to send back the watch and have it replaced by a new one. But that would mean to send it back to the UK and have it delivered to Germany again and to be charged with German VAT again (one if the two payments I could get back from customs, but that would mean a lot of bureaucracy) I opted to have the watch serbuved by my trusted local watch maker for about 25 €. I would have really appreciated a partial refund for the costs of having the watch serviced.

I have received very little information about the delivery of the item. I paced the order 7 working days ago and it hasn't been delivered yet. I don't mind that it hasn't been delivered I appreciate that the postal service is busy, but the lack of information on when the parcel will arrive is worrying when it is an expensive item. I still don't know when the planned delivery date is

We are sorry for any delay in you receiving your order. We are operating as normal but due to the current situation with Covid-19 there are some delays with our couriers. Orders may take a couple of days longer than expected to arrive.

Unfortunately you have sent me the wrong colour Sekonda Watch. I ordered a Green one with a Green strap. So I am returning it and placing another Order for the Green one with Amazon . Other than that the item is good quality.

Purchased a watch for a Xmas present for my father ,arrived promptly, only thing was it was a ladies instead of a mans , no time to start sending back and forth so got in touch explained they sent the wrong watch , They replied sorry for any inconvenience ,really ? it was a Xmas present. So sending it back for a full refund . Stevie
