Beware - the presentation box was extremely difficult to open and was accidently torn. The watch was not suitable but was unable to return for full refund due to damaged box

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced with the presentation box however it is something very simple with a little care and attention when opening. We have to check any waych prior to dispatch and we are sure that you would not like to recive a new watch in this condition. It does clearly state in our terms and conditions that any damaged packaging will be deducted from refunds. This would be the same with any large retailer or they would not refend at all. I'm disappointed by the presentation of the package, it was full of dust, I had to keep it away to not mess up my hands and clothes. Presentation matters, the packaging is part of 'customer care', 'customer service'. The watch is beautiful, but the package should've been handled differently.

Hello The watch on the website appears beautiful and has an attractive interface, but in reality it is very small and of cheap quality If I knew it was like this for 2 pounds we would have bought it Especially since I was going to give it to my mother, but I am ashamed to give it to her Anyway, I will not shop from your site again

The watch I received did not look like the photos posted on the website, and it was of inferior quality to similar items purchased directly from Sekonda. Hence I returned the item as it was not as advertised, and politely requested postage costs were not deducted under such circumstances. GB Watch Shop have refused to refund the postage I explicitly asked they not take, and now they have refused to correspond with me further.

Customer returned item saying the didn't like it and that the quality was not as expected. Due to this it is not a faulty item so the customer has to pay the return postage costs.

Very bad return policy. I will never purchase from GB again, its better to go with Amazon.

We are unsure what the issue this customer faced is as they have not contacted us or replied to any correspondence we have sent them. Our returns policy is the exact same as amazons (We accept returns within 30 days of purchase) so are unsure what this customer is referring to.

The packaging of watch was very bad, chain wrap plastic was torn, it was looks like someone bought it before and use it then returned it and I got that item, very unsatisfied

Disappointed with this watch for 2 reasons - the large headline description says leather strap- it isnt - but only says leather look in the smaller print - I buy large face watches as I have limited vision - the image on the ad shows a clear to read face- with good definition between the background and the numerals and hands - the actual watch is not easy to read at all ad there is shadowing on the background of the watch face

Horrible bad quality watch, A veeeeery low quality watch , It says it is a chronograph but it is not , the two buttons go back and forward veeeeeery slowly and such a stupid watch I regret buying that watch and a veeeeery bad experience. Not recommended at all !!!

Sent the wrong watch, had to drive to shop to change watch, they sent a cheaper one which was nothing like the one I ordered, checked the reviews and it seems this is what this company does, wouldn't recommend buying from.them again, I stay 30 mims away from the shop, so took it back instead of returning through post. Stay clear unless u want the wrong item sent out!!
