“Beware - the presentation box was extremely difficult to open and was accidently torn. The watch was not suitable but was unable to return for full refund due to damaged box”

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced with the presentation box however it is something very simple with a little care and attention when opening. We have to check any waych prior to dispatch and we are sure that you would not like to recive a new watch in this condition. It does clearly state in our terms and conditions that any damaged packaging will be deducted from refunds. This would be the same with any large retailer or they would not refend at all.
