“Have given 3 stars as unfortunately there is an issue regarding delivery of the item (Royal Mail seems to have delivered it to someone else!). Am awaiting the followup from GB Watch Shop as to the next steps and how they deal with this will determine my final rating .....”

“I'm disappointed by the presentation of the package, it was full of dust, I had to keep it away to not mess up my hands and clothes. Presentation matters, the packaging is part of 'customer care', 'customer service'. The watch is beautiful, but the package should've been handled differently.”
