I got face therapy as recommended. Skin just slightly brighter, too early to tell. The retinol doesn’t feel strong enough. The factor 30 is plentiful with only small amounts required

Hi, I’m currently using the product. It feels good, will see on the long run. Packaging is not user friendly especially for cleanser. It slips and it’s hard to close when your hands are wet. Chances of contamination if leave it open. Pump will be good I guess.

Die Lieferung und die Verpackung waren top. Die Produkte sind teils teils. Die Seren sind gut, den Toner vertrag ich leider garnicht und bekam Ausschlag und der Lippenstift lässt sich nicht gut auftragen. Die Farbe des Blushes ist super schön, nur leider ist er in der Anwendung unpraktisch, weil aus der Tube immer etwas mehr herauskommt als eigentlich geplant. Tolles Brand mit ein paar Schwierigkeiten.

the retinal supreme multi cream 0.2% stains fabric. it stained my pillow at night (applied an hour before sleep) and clothes in the morning so there’s no good time to wear it.

The yellow hue in our Retinal Supreme MultiCream comes from retinaldehyde, a key active ingredient; the higher the strength of the retinal, the more yellow the formula. This can cause a temporary yellow tone on the face or potentially transfer to bedding, pillows, or pyjamas. Please see the FAQ section on the product page for more information. Here are some suggestions to minimize the risk of color transfer: - Allow the product to dry completely before going to bed. - Consider applying a moisturizer on top to help seal it in. Some find that using a darker-colored or patterned silk pillowcase can also offer protection against potential stains. Also, waiting 20 to 30 minutes after applying retinol before lying down on your silk pillowcase will allow the product to fully absorb into your skin and reduce the likelihood of any transfer onto the pillowcase. I may be reviewing again in 3 months time to see whether there are any visible improvements. Only been using for a week and maybe I chose the wrong percentage of retinol at 0.1. Maybe should have gone a bit higher.

I have been a Face Theory client since 2020 and recently noticed the change in the packaging. While I understand that the new design is more hygienic, I find it harder to store and use compared to the previous one. Additionally, I wanted to share my experience with the product itself. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen much improvement in my skin. I still experience breakouts, and my skin has not shown significant changes since starting this routine. In the past, I used to see noticeable results within a week or so. I would appreciate any insights or recommendations you may have. Thank you for your time!

Nouveaux produits achetés dans le cadre d'une acné hormonale et dûe au stress, les précédentes gammes marchaient mieux avec un résultat visible. Cette nouvelle gamme ne semble malheureusement pas à la hauteur, malgré le suivi de la routine, des indications et des retours clients. L'effet est à peine perceptible là où un masque seul d'un autre marque apaisé et limite durablement. Il est dommage de ne pas avoir de résultats probants comme cela éte le cas avec la gamme précédente. Pour le prix, nous réfléchirons maintenant à deux fois avant d'investir de nouveau. Dommage.

I love the product but the metal packaging is absolutely terrible. Especially when you start to run out, I scratched my hand trying to get the remaining product out of the last one I had. The glass jars were much better

Hi Sheila, Thank you for your feedback. Some stinging or tingling sensation when using ClariCleanse AHA & BHA Exfoliating Cleanser can be normal, especially if you're new to using exfoliating acids. This cleanser contains glycolic, salicylic, and lactic acids, which are active ingredients that can cause a mild inflammatory reaction on the skin. As you continue to use the product, the tingling sensation should decrease over time as your skin's barrier function improves. If you have sensitive or redness-prone skin, pay extra attention to how your skin reacts and consider using the product less frequently or switching to a gentler formulation if needed. Love this cleanser and have been using for a while but I really don’t like the new packaging at all. It looks horrible and it’s hard to get every thing out when running low, also keep getting bits of the inside of the packaging coming out with the cleanser. If they don’t change back to the jars they used to have I won’t be continuing to buy

Die Produkte sind hervorragend. Die Liegerzeiten zu lange. Die neue Verpackung und die Cremen in Tuben sind furchtbar - unterschiedliche Cremen sind so gut wie nicht zu unterscheiden. Schrift und Farbe zu 98 % identisch. Das macht es wenig benutzerfreundlich.

I’ve been using facetheory products for years and love the products I use. However, they’ve recently changed the packaging and it is awful! I’m not sure why they were changed but it makes getting the product out really difficult, the getting in to the product hard as it’s a metal thing to try and pierce yourself, of which I’ve nearly stabbed myself doing so, and I feel it’s going to be a lot of product wastage. Luckily I’ve still got old tubs for them to be decanted in to, but there is still going to be a lot of wastage!

I like the toners and the serums. Not so much the moisturisers. They are sticky and I don’t feel my skin is hydrated enough after using them.

I have loved your products for over 2 years, but I must say your packaging changes are not as effective as they once were. I always depended on the color scheme to identify which product I used when. Also, the new creams don’t have the same aroma as they did. I enjoyed the old aromas and now with the night creams all in white, it is hard to tell which cream is which.
