Looking at your routine, the Relaxing Night Cream M10 might be a bit too heavy for your skin type, so we'd recommend adding an exfoliator, e.g. the Mandelibright Serum S7. It's a gentle leave-on exfoliating serum formulated with 10% mandelic acid at pH 3.5 and 2% niacinamide to refine pores and balance out skin tone while keeping skin hydrated and protected. “I've been using the regena moisturizer and Porebright N20 serum for 2 months now, but I haven't noticed any improvement in my skin texture. My skin is combination. I was hoping for smoother texture reduce the fine lines. Unfortunately I already repurchased the same product for second time. Any recommendations for other products or routines?”

“I ordered exfoliating cloths. I have searched for something similar to that which I am using. A close up of the cloth online looked coarse. However, it is a square of double muslin which if you have a delicate skin is probably fine but if you want something that really exfoliates it isn't great.”

“The glow serum worked well enough for me that now I ordered two bottles. The moisturiser less so but still ok. However, the shipment from warehouse in Germany is a terrible idea. It takes 2 weeks instead of 3-5 days and comes with a fee (very small but annoying to run around the house collecting coins). Compared to for example Lisa Eldridge, also located in the UK but shipping from the Netherlands, which comes in 2-3 days, it's below the standard I expect. And now no clue why, the review is expected in German.”

“I have been using the vitaminc cleanser so far no issues. But recently purchased vitamin-c serum, not happy about it. It’s too sticky and oily. And it’s aggravating my blemishes. So I wouldn’t recommend and would like a refund for this product. But the whip spf and cleaners are good so far.”

“Used now for a few weeks. Definitely helps radiance. It’s very gentle if you have sensitive skin. I’m used to using retinol for £20 but thought I’d try this. Doesn’t renew skin like retinol but nice to try. Early days”

“Face cream and cream cleanser are brilliant. Bought these two products for the second time. The night cream is also good but quite a strong floral scent so probably wouldn't buy again after it's finished. The pore reducing toner is effective but again a very strong scent.”

“Skin became red, tingly and the pimples became worse and very lumpy. When I stopped using Facetheory my skin got better. After reading the home page I had such high expectations and hope that it would help my skin :(”

Hi Yvonne, We are so sorry to hear that you reacted. Many elements can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient which is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes it's other products used at the same time, or even external/environmental factors. Looking at the products you ordered, you may have introduced them too quickly to your skin. We'd recommend using the serums just once a week, in the beginning, to allow your skin to adapt to them and to avoid any purging.
