“I've never used oil cleanser before but with middle aging dry skin decided to try. Using it by instructions which is a couple of drops on dry skin was dragging horribly and I'd have used the bottle up in weeks to avoid the dragging. Applying to wet face- much better. Face feels clean after use and isn't drying my skin hard to tell if any improvement though. Visually no change. I'd use again but hasn't set my world on fire.”

“I’m not sure why they decided to change the packaging. I’ve been using this product for a long time and really like it. However, the new packaging feels messy, and I really don't like it.”

“To be fair, I haven't started using the product yet as finishing off another brand but am really looking forward to trying this and getting some good results for my pigmentation hence I've only given 3 stars presently but hoping in due course being able to amend that.”

“Just started using this. So far so good but can't give a proper review on the products just yet as I haven't used it long enough to see results. The delivery was good and well packaged and information for each product was great - easy to find and read and lots on each one.”

“Sorry but I’m not a huge fan of the newly rebranded products and packaging. I really liked products as they were, shame it has changed and not for the better. Gone are the glass jars, so Much easier than the new pump ones, nothing left behind.”

Ciao, Grazie per il tuo feedback sul nostro I tempi per vedere i risultati dell'olio di squalano variano molto tra gli utenti. Mentre alcuni segnalano miglioramenti nell'idratazione e nella consistenza della pelle entro pochi giorni, altri suggeriscono che benefici significativi, come gli effetti anti-invecchiamento, potrebbero richiedere diverse settimane o addirittura mesi di utilizzo costante. Due settimane di utilizzo, come hai sperimentato, potrebbero non essere sufficienti per tutti per notare cambiamenti sostanziali. Cordiali saluti, Team Facetheory

“I was looking for some fancy flannels as part of a gift. The gift was for my child's 15th birthday. They are particularly concerned with their appearance and get through a lot of cleansing products - but haven't had new flannels for a while. There are cute ducks and penguins on the current ones! From the description and price of the facetheory flannels I was expecting thick, quality flannels. They are not. They are ordinary thin flannels.”

“I am not as happy with the new packaging that is being used by Facetheory, the tubes are made of aluminium, does this seep into the product? I cannot get all of the product out of the packaging, I prefer the old glass containers used for the face creams, easier to store, and could use all of the cream, there was no wastage!”

The tubes are designed with a special lining that prevents any interaction between the product and the metal, ensuring that the integrity of the ingredients remains intact. “the packaging/lid of the face wash isnt really practical, it is hard to twist back on, you need to twist it back on else product all comes out and is wasted. I need to now get something to transfer it into to make it easier to use.”

“The scent of this cream is pleasant but I found that it did not absorb quickly and left my skin feeling undernourished. I also found the lid a bit fiddly to put back on especially if I was in a rush.”

“Le produit est très bien, très bonne crème, très efficace, je remarque une vraie différence sur les zones de mon visage qui ont tendance à graisser, le tout en gardant une super hydratation de la peau. MAIS l’emballage est catastrophique, au bout de quelques jours, il y a du noir qui se met sur le bouchon et il faut nettoyer régulièrement l’embout, ça gâche vraiment le produit qui est pourtant super !”
